If you receive a faulty item, you will be required to send a photo of the issue, and cover the cost of return postage fees. once item is received, your return will be processed. Please allow 1-2 business days for funds to clear in your account.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size.

Please note: Bows patterns can vary, they will not always be identical to the reference photos. we will not offer refunds for this reason.

Tie Dye items will come with care instructions, we do not offer refunds for worn/washed items.

Please ensure all spelling is correct on personalised items, we will not offer refunds for mistakes on your end.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for custom orders, and 4-6 days for in stock orders to be shipped.

We do NOT do custom tie dye orders. The tie dye range will be updated every few weeks with different colours and sizes.
